Hi, I'm looking for someone to install a replacement split system airconditioner unit. This is INSTALL only, I have bought the new unit - it is a 5kw Fujitzu The old system needs to be taken out, and the new one installed. It's a two story building, the aircon unit is on the ground floor, and the fan system is on the roof (flat, tin). You will need a double story ladder to get to the roof. See attached images

NBN connection port is found above the door and close to the ceiling. TPG have advised that this needs to be rewired/relocated so we can provide power to the NBN Box. We live in at an apartment and we have a gyprock ceiling With a 80-100mm cavity. All brick walls. We need an electrician to be able to run the cable from the front door up into the ceiling all the way over to the corner of the living room area (corner of tv wall). Run it down the center of the wall in neat white conduit, then mount the new point behind the tv unit. Bottom of point to be above 135mm to clear the skirting. Bring the conduit/duct along the wall just above the skirting near the existing PowerPoint

It’s only one power point (left) out of the two that’s not working. The rocker switch for that one has been a bit dodgy/floppy (no click when switching from on/off) since we moved in, but it worked fine. Until now. Photo of the switch we need is attached, although we are happy to purchase this ourselves online unless you already have one. Note: there is a light switch in the middle that is in use so it needs this switch
