I require a licensed electrician, ideally one who also does joinery or works with a cabinetmaker, to complete the following: 1. Modify the cavity base to the correct height. I need a solid, level base platform built so the fridge sits at the right height for its door fronts to line up flush with the existing pantry door fronts next to it. 2. Install a power outlet for the fridge. I need a new GPO installed for the fridge, positioned per the manufacturer's instructions and Australian wiring rules. The unit's switch board is only a 1-1.5 metres away. 3. Cut a ventilation opening into the kickboard. The fridge needs airflow at the base. Requires neat opening in the kickboard and fit a subtle vent grille that suits the cabinetry (or advise on the best option). 4. Fit the fridge and door fronts. Would like someone with experience with this. Slide the fridge into the cavity, secure it to the housing, and mount the existing split door fronts onto the fridge doors so everything lines up. Looking for a licensed electrician to install 4 customer-supplied pendant lights in an existing terrace house in Paddington. The pendants are opal globe fittings with cord suspension and are to be installed into/with ceiling roses. Looking for someone experienced with pendant installations in older homes who can securely mount the fittings through/around the roses without damaging them, set the chain/drop lengths neatly, connect to the existing wiring, and test on completion.

We have two ceiling lights that have never turned on and we want to assess whether its just the bulbs or a wider wiring issue. We need more light in this room so ideally want to change the ceiling bulbs and shades but currently have these very heavy, dated covers attached. Due to some wiring issue in a large apartment building, the bathroom light is on constantly. I need a second opinion on what’s going on which may require investigation of other rooms (removing and putting fans back on). Need a very experienced electrician to solve this problem.

I hung up a lampshade (second picture). I will remove this myself but need the original Oyster light reinstalled and connected to the wires. ‼️I do not have power tools or a stepladder so you need to have a drill and options to reinstall the lamp. I do have the original screws‼️
