we need some lighting installed (no need to get into the roof crawl space) there are power points on the ceiling . Nothing fancy! New wiring from switchboard already laid and laying in ceiling cavity, to be pulled thru lining boards (see second pic). Licensed electricians only. Quote materials and labour separately please.
