I am having NBN installed at a new property. The NBN contractor will punch the NBN connection into the house but I need to have a powerpoint installed first as there is no outlet where I want the NBN box to be located.

Install a power point, extending the one next to it on the kitchen island, but on the inside, so the plugs can be hidden from view. I’ll add a cord cover for the cords to go through. (I’ll drill the hole myself). But I need an electrician to do the wiring.

I need an electrician to attend a final house inspection which has been requested for 21st of October at this stage in the morning. When we did an inspection prior to the cooling off period, some of the lights were in and out and all of the left hand side of the appartment was not working (fridge, stove, dishwasher, AC, powerpoints etc). We are unsure if this is a minor or major issue at this stage. Therefore I need someone to attend and 1. ensure that the appartment has the correct load and capacity both now and into the future 2.
