This electrical socket in my apartment has come loose and detached from the wall. The socket itself isn’t broken and is still in working order. Water temp is unpredictable, either too hot or too cold, tap adjustments unpredictable, temp changes without adjusting taps. Changing flow rate changes temp. E.g. won’t heat unless full blast. Can then choose either scalding or cold, but not in between.

Just want one, extra power point in the kitchen in one bedroom flat. Basic 15 amp, just to power lights. No usb or anything. No concrete or hideous walls to break thru.
