I need someone to: Inspect the fitting Ensure the metal base plate is firmly fixed to the ceiling Replace damaged wirings and fuses Replace or repair any other parts of the light that is damaged. Certified electrician to install a power point and ethernet point just 2 meters from an existing closest ones

Looking for a qualified electrician for the following jobs: - Install a powerpoint in each of the two bathroom cabinets (see photo). - Install a powerpoint in the kitchen under bench behind the draw (see photo). - Install a powerpoint in the kitchen island bench on the back (facing out, where chairs would sit) (see photo). There are nearby power outlets in all the above locations and they are all on internal plaster walls with the bathroom cabinet wood on the inside etc. - Install an outdoor montion sensor light, replacing an existing light socket, or using that light as a power source. Brick facade. (See photo) Optional if doable: - Where the TV is on the wall, install TV antenna through the wall from TV to the bottom which needs to go through the wooden stud in the wall. Existing holes for this top and bottom already exist. Cap/remove the two existing powerpoints behind the TV as they are not in use. I have a outdoor Gasmate bar fridge and it is running hot and not producing cold air to cool the fridge. It seems that the condenser fan is not working. Internal fans are working and condenser grill is clean but condenser fan not operating. Power seems to be fine for other fans and lights.

Fluorescent light not turning on.

This wall is being demolished and need these two switches disconnected.

This task has the parts: 1. Replace 16 faulty led downlights (each with own transformer such that we can later change them ourselves, and must be the kind that can have insulation close to them), 2. install panel light that we already have, 3. replace two front lantern-style lights for pillars with lights that you supply that are slimline (so they just out to the minimum extent). If you are responding to this task, please confirm that you can do all three of these elements, including supplying the lights where specified above.
