Install two ceiling fans remote controlled operated so do not need hardwired box. One in the bedroom will replace existing light area. The other one will be put between two lights.

Note that this is an apartment block in the middle of the city that sadly has NO PARKING. Street parking is easiest early in the day. I have found a pendant and ceiling fan that I’d like installed. I haven’t purchased them yet as I want to consult with an electrician to make sure they will work. I am happy to supply once you say they will work. I have a ceiling fan with a glass light cover that I’m trying to remove, but it seems to be screwed on very tightly. I’ve tried carefully unscrewing it myself but don’t want to force it and risk breaking the glass or damaging the fitting. Looking for someone to come and safely loosen and remove the glass cover.
