We had a power outage last night and have woken to our front door hard wired intercom system flashing and making a continuous noise. Please see photo of the intercom I’ve included. I need someone to either fix it or disconnect it. We don’t use the system anymore so we’re happy to have it permanently disconnected if that’s easier.

The unit is currently installed and needs to be safely disconnected from the power supply and removed. Any associated wiring should be made safe and compliant once the unit is taken out. Please let us know if patching or capping is required as part of the process, or if that would be handled separately. MUST HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. Be prepared to send it over in order to secure the job Lightweight awning to be installed across the length of the balcony about the door/window in order to make the balcony a bit more useful (see pictures attached). It's two pieces one is 2m long and the other is 3m long. Both are a full kit that come with all screws and instructions. Awning will be installed into the render. I am unsure whether the is brick behind the render or not but regardless the awning needs to be secure and weather resistant.

Kids have knocked ceiling light completely off. I now have just a white cord hanging down, no bulb attachment and no shade.
