installing a slide out rangehood, the rangehood size is smaller than the cabinet so you might need to install some wood boards first then screw the rangehood on.

We have an incredibly 'dumb' thermostat for our ducted heating (pictured - not very sensitive, doesn't even have a timer) and I'd like to get it replaced with a smart thermostat - thinking Nest or Ecobee - ideally something that can include a second sensor - but I'm open to suggestions.
