Unable to install Microsoft office 365. I canceled subscription 8 weeks ago now I have purchased it to reinstall and it won’t install properly. Laptop asking for pin I don’t have a pin. I have tried changing this in computer setting and it won’t let me. It seems like something is blocking the instillation.

2 weeks ago I lost internet in 2 Ethernet ports upstairs… other ports in the house work…I have checked the ports & it does not seem to be a an issue with the port but the maybe the box as the set up is fibre to the home

I have been building a pc and got it to boot perfectly fine, only issue is that there was not option for wifi on windows 11. The motherboard definitely supports wifi yet there is no option for this. I’ve tried downloading the wifi drivers with the pc connected to Ethernet, looked in BIOS settings for issues but no luck. I look in device manager and it shows that there aren’t any wifi drivers installed, yet I cannot install them from the gigabyte app or website.

My laptop does not turn on. HP Elitebook 840 G5 laptop doesn’t turn on. Brought a new charge but does the same thing. Charger light flashes orange. Keyboard flashes on and off too

Hello, I'm looking into getting WiFi via byo modem and then connecting to a plan but I need to know what router to get first. I'm looking for advice only ATM as to which modem I can use , I have an nbn box from previous Internet but not sure what modem I need, nbn available at my address is hfc. I don't want to spend a lot on the router but aiming for a plan of 250 dl and 23 upload as I want to use it for gaming. Dual band? Mesh? I will likely need a router with long range or extender or mesh as it will need to reach outside but not sure on square footage of my home. Pics and advice would be appreciated. Once I know what to buy I can then hire someone to help me install. I'd like it done asap as I need wifi.

Hi all, I need some in person assistance on my brand new Surface Laptop 7. It came installed with Windows 11, however once I booted it, I decided I would try and install Windows 11 Pro as it will be my business laptop. I purchased Windows 11 Pro on my personal Microsoft account, installed it, reset the laptop, and logged in via my work Microsoft account. Once I was in, I cannot do anything as it is not letting me log in as the administrator of the account. It is also asking me to activate my Windows. Some in person help in Cremorne would be appreciated so I can fix these problems as soon as possible.
