I have a new Synology 920+ NAS and want to set it up as the storage for my home network as well as enabling Plex Media Server for viewing on devices at home and away from home. All physical connections are set up (as far as I know). Synology 920+ is connecting well via laptop Wifi. Connections I want to enable, as a minimum, are: 1. Synology: windows laptops + Apple iPads for storage & network access; Samsung TVs for media access 2. Plex: any device access to media folder both at home and away from home I'd also like to set up security profiles on the Optus 5G and Plex, if possible, for children and visitors. I'm sure there are other features of Synology that I could use, particularly around file backups.
