Brother MFC Printer works fine. Issue is I can’t scan to file. Get attached message. Worked fine when connected to my old laptop. Can possibly be fixed remotely.

Hello, One of my clients in Port Adelaide has an issue with a Kyocera printer no longer scanning documents to the desktop it's connected to. Currently set up via Wifi, was also networked (doesn't seem to be the fact anymore). I need someone to manually navigate the printer GUI and make sure that the settings are correct. I will be connected remotely to the machine & on call with the client during your visit. Should be a quick job, the printer is printing fine, the scanner looks to be scanning and storing it locally, but not sending it out. 15-20 minute fix. Happy to discuss the price and quote
