We have a Konica Minolta printer at our office and the scanner is not detecting documents at all. It appears the sensor is not working, possibly an issue with the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) or related components. The printer itself is working fine — the issue is only with the scanning function, where it does not recognise when documents are placed in the feeder or on the glass. We are looking for someone experienced with office printers, ideally Konica Minolta machines, to diagnose and repair the issue. Likely requires checking the ADF, sensors, or internal scanner components. We need this fixed urgently as it is impacting our daily work.

I have recently installed a new modem/internet service and had my printer working from it. It stopped working and I have tried to reconnect it but it is not working. on my laptop it says "Driver unavailable" On the printer it doesn't show "printer" only Fax and copy.
Luke was very helpful and kept me informed about his arrival time. He patiently worked to reconnect my printer although it was being difficult. I highly recommend Luke to anyone seeking help with their technology. He was sympathetic to my age (I'm a senior citizen) and didn't try to bamboozle me with jargon.

Brother MFC Printer works fine. Issue is I can’t scan to file. Get attached message. Worked fine when connected to my old laptop. Can possibly be fixed remotely.
