Since upgrading my Optus modem I have been unable to use my canon TS 3860 printer. It doesn’t seem to recognise the MAC address of the modem. I have tried everything by googling, watching YouTube videos. My printer does not allow me to enter the MAC manually. I need someone with more tech knowledge than me to help me but I don’t want to pay for someone to come and find themselves unable to do anymore than I’ve already tried. Payment upon success.

We have recently had our desktop upgraded. The printer is connected to wifi and set as default printer but print jobs are sitting in the print queue, I need this fixed. Also, I have an Aussie BB email address that I would like added to Microsoft Outlook. I have tried to do it and have selected IMAP but it is not adding. I can log into Aussie BB through the Aussie BB webmail page but would like it in Microsoft Outlook for convenience.

Description: I need help setting up my HP Smart Tank 210–220 series printer to connect properly to my 5G Wi-Fi network. I’ve spent quite a bit of time trying to resolve this myself without success, so I’m looking for someone experienced with printer/network setup who can get it working reliably.
