My elderly mother took her Brother J series printer back to OfficeWorks for warranty repair, but they just gave her a full refund instead. Now she will need assistance setting up and installing the new Brother MFC J series printer on her laptop. This could also develop into regular work for one hour of IT assistance every week, with things like her Apple 15 iPhone.
Chris communicated really well, and performed my task really well. He even helped out with another spur of the moment task. Highly recommended!

I have a Creality CR 10 - Smart 3D printer that needs to be reconnected, setup, levelled, and working again. I had to disconnect everything as I got a new computer. I need and would like someone that is very knowledgable about Creality CR 10 - Smart 3D printers. I dont want anyone to guess their way through this process. You need to know what you are doing. I also need the person to be a little bit patient with me as Im not so tech savy and may need to create instructions for me so I can get the hang of it and be able to use it properly. I already have a Creality WIFI Cloud Box at the ready and I have little projects that I want to add to its memory so I can create them. My cost is based on an initial chat with you only and from there, we can then discuss a price to do this.
Smit was very capable of doing the task I asked for. Very smart and knowledgeable when it comes to 3D printers.

I have just had delivered in a wooden box a brand new neixo UV printer. It has a small bed size need it setup correctly and ready to start printing jobs either over the LAN or pen drive. Previous knowledge of setting up this type of printer is necessary. Be good to get a job running through to test it out. Ideally today to setup, although not essential.
