Hi I have a Alienware m17 laptop that I use mainly for editing and it has been playing up alot. As soon as I copy videos from my camera the files gets partially corrupted.(plays but with glitches). Also the Windows is genuine but still it wont update. Im somewhat tech savvy and tried from chatgpt to fix it but it didn't work. Deleted and reinstalled all the drivers. Also I get 2 error messages every time I boot.

Hi all, I need some in person assistance on my brand new Surface Laptop 7. It came installed with Windows 11, however once I booted it, I decided I would try and install Windows 11 Pro as it will be my business laptop. I purchased Windows 11 Pro on my personal Microsoft account, installed it, reset the laptop, and logged in via my work Microsoft account. Once I was in, I cannot do anything as it is not letting me log in as the administrator of the account. It is also asking me to activate my Windows. Some in person help in Cremorne would be appreciated so I can fix these problems as soon as possible.
