Test and fix network/internet/modem/router issues for our office.

I have a desktop computer in the office with 2 monitors, Melbourne CBD. Today, all sudden, one of the monitors stopped working. The CPU has 1 HDMI and 1 VGA port. That's how my both screens has been connected, after all the troubleshooting, we find that it might be the HDMI port got fried. Hi team, looking for an IT helpdesk professional asap to resolve a frustrating Wifi issue that has occurred on my Windows 11 PC as of today. Post the latest updates from Windows, it is now not allowing me to search for any wifi signals in my area. The error flagged is “The driver for your Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz network adapter isn’t running.” I have tried countless times to restart, uninstall the problematic update and also update the driver to no avail. I know the wifi signal is working as my iPhone is able to connect to it with no issues. Requesting assistance from anyone that can resolve this tonight. Thanks
