There is one principal with administrator access and a locked down OneDrive folder with only administrator access. Everyone has an email address. All emails are via Outlook. There is a OneDrive and a SharePoint. There is a domain set up with VentraIP. Scope of Work: • Set up a brand new laptop (Windows OS) for one staff member. • Create and configure a Microsoft 365 user account, including Outlook email setup on an existing domain. • Set up secure login credentials, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where possible. • Configure Federated Login (single sign-on) so the user can log into any compatible device. • Configure access to company SharePoint, mapped as a folder on the laptop for ease of access. • Configure OneDrive backup or another cloud backup solution for the device. • JoinComputer to Domain. • Migrate Old Cpanel Emails to Office365. Timeline: • Setup must be completed by close of business, Wednesday (currently Monday). Location: • Sydney CBD, a short walk from Martin Place Station (across the road from Metro entrance).
