Hi, issue is no internet on router. Showing connected to modem. Checked with provider TPG said everything ok still no internet. Help!! To configure the router. Thanks

My internet keeps disconnecting and needs to be improved at home. I need to reconnect Sonos aswell and google home/mesh. I want to make sure the internet is the best it is and fastest as possible.

We are a shop with wifi issues since 2021. We have given up on trying to fix the weak or non-existent connection as the service provider cannot find any issues (remotely) and cannot send a technician. We are only allowed to use the same service provider, and cannot switch. As a result, we have been using hotspot to our mobile. We have new speakers which require wifi connection, as well as a new POS system. Now we need to fix the internet issue and think the placement of the router and modem may be the issue. Looking for someone who can come and fix it set up the system. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything and now the internet is no longer connected at all.

Updated to iq4 and had nbn installed. 1 iq4 box working but the other isn’t. Telstra not helpful at all.

It would involve going to the property, having a look at the router & modem, calling me on the phone to troubleshoot at the same time. Must bring a phone & laptop to connect to the internet so we can check it’s working while on the phone. Property is a rental, you will gain access via a key & lockbox. Note: person does not need to be IT professional or technical. We will be on the phone to tech support, you are just the hands of the operation.

Help me to fix the NBNCo (Internode) internet for a renter in our apartment. NBNCo has been performing emergency work which has affected the internet, but the renter cannot get it restarted and needs help. It would involve going to the property, having a look at the router & modem (possibly restarting), calling me on the phone to troubleshoot at the same time. Must bring a phone & laptop to connect to the internet so we can check it's working while on the phone. Air Tasker should be someone with some IT experience and ability to deal with internet issues. Need someone to fine tune internet network. Currently running 2 BE9300 Routers. I have FTTP with a 1GB connection but somehow my network drops to 100MB and after internal routers and network switch comes back at 1GB

Hi, I need help setting up user access and internet connection for my existing Hikvision CCTV system on the app. I dont have admin passwords for the system .all the cameras were installed a few years ago and are working fine — just need assistance with getting them connected them on internet and accessible through the mobile app as setup user and password..

My laptop internet speed is around 1.8 mbps yet every other device on the same wifi is 90 mbps, there is some issue with the laptop’s connection. It also won’t download the software update. It’s a Republic of Gamers laptop running windows 11.

We need help setting up our Foxtel and internet at our new place. We’ve got all the equipment and tried to set it up ourselves. The internet says it’s connected, but it’s not working properly. Foxtel isn’t working at all. Please note: We will only make payment once the job is successfully completed.

My internet is technically working, but the setup’s pretty terrible. The telephone socket is inside the wardrobe, so I’ve had to run the D-Link router (I’m with Flip) out onto my bedroom floor—looks awful and isn’t great for performance. I’ve tried to fix it with Google mesh (pucks): one connects fine, but the second one powers on and connects to Wi-Fi, it just won’t talk to the main puck. The internet is also really slow and keeps dropping out. I’ve attached a photo of me trying to get the bastard parts to talk to each other. Please help!
