My Laptop connects to the internet but i can't access he internet. Even if its hard wired to the router. Therefore this can't be fixed remotely.

My internet keeps disconnecting and needs to be improved at home. I need to reconnect Sonos aswell and google home/mesh. I want to make sure the internet is the best it is and fastest as possible.

We are a shop with wifi issues since 2021. We have given up on trying to fix the weak or non-existent connection as the service provider cannot find any issues (remotely) and cannot send a technician. We are only allowed to use the same service provider, and cannot switch. As a result, we have been using hotspot to our mobile. We have new speakers which require wifi connection, as well as a new POS system. Now we need to fix the internet issue and think the placement of the router and modem may be the issue. Looking for someone who can come and fix it set up the system. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything and now the internet is no longer connected at all.

Updated to iq4 and had nbn installed. 1 iq4 box working but the other isn’t. Telstra not helpful at all.

Help me to fix the NBNCo (Internode) internet for a renter in our apartment. NBNCo has been performing emergency work which has affected the internet, but the renter cannot get it restarted and needs help. My laptop internet speed is around 1.8 mbps yet every other device on the same wifi is 90 mbps, there is some issue with the laptop’s connection. It also won’t download the software update. It’s a Republic of Gamers laptop running windows 11.
