Service Required: Reconnecting four (4) existing Reolink Wi-Fi security cameras to a new modem/Wi-Fi network. The Problem: The cameras were previously working with the old modem. The modem was changed, and the cameras are now disconnected from the Wi-Fi. Attempts to reconnect the cameras to the new network manually were unsuccessful. Technician Requirements: Must have experience specifically with Reolink security cameras, including the process of changing the Wi-Fi connection for pre-installed devices. We are a shop with wifi issues since 2021. We have given up on trying to fix the weak or non-existent connection as the service provider cannot find any issues (remotely) and cannot send a technician. We are only allowed to use the same service provider, and cannot switch. As a result, we have been using hotspot to our mobile. We have new speakers which require wifi connection, as well as a new POS system. Now we need to fix the internet issue and think the placement of the router and modem may be the issue. Looking for someone who can come and fix it set up the system. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything and now the internet is no longer connected at all.

I can’t play battlefield or call of duty on my computer. Don’t know how to fix the secure boot settings and need help. It’s a ryzen computer with a jingyue bios. Need someone who’s has done this before as last person seem too not know the issue.

I have a LENOVO YOGA DESKTOP PC running WINDOWS 11. It is presenting with random shut-downs, reboots, freezes. I have tried a number of resolutions including full reinstalling WINDOWS 11, various YouTube fixes but nothing resolves the issue. The interesting thing is if I reboot into the BIOS root directory, there is no problem with the PC rebooting or shutting down randomly so this would indicate a WINDOWS 11 software issue. Also I was able to run a NORTON 360 full system virus scan which did not detect any viruses. The built in LENOVO diagnostic tool similarly did NIT detect any issues. Even the default YOGA detection system didn’t resolve the issue. Your help and advice is most welcome. Caveat: Successfully completed job will have payment released AFTER 24 hours of non interrupted operation of the PC. Kind thanks

I have wi-fi set up in my my small house. The modem set-up is in a upstairs loft room. I need someone to consult me on: - options to improve/extend the wi-fi to the front room (currently the wifi in this room is poor) - options to improve/extend the wi-fi to a new mini office I have recently build at the back of my backyard/property (which is about 20m from the back of the house). I’m running a LENOVO DESKTOP PC (YOGA) all in one. Windows 11. On booting the PC runs for anything between 10-20 minutes then either freezes or just reboots if its own accord. I’ve reset Windows 11 from saved files, but can’t download most recent version from Microsoft as the PC reboots. Norton full scan can’t complete either. Lenovo System tuning doesn’t pick up the issue if software or hardware related
