I’m looking for an experienced cabler, electrician, or NBN conduit installer to prepare a new conduit pathway for NBN at my terrace house in Balmain. There is an NBN pit directly outside the front of the property. The existing old Telstra/phone conduit runs through the sandstone and up the side wall, but it is currently being used for the neighbour’s NBN connection and is not large enough to run a new service into my terrace. I need someone to install a new NBN-compliant conduit pathway so that NBN can later run their cable through it and directly into my front living room. Scope of work: 1. Drill through the sandstone at the front of the property on my side, near the existing NBN pit. 2. Install suitable conduit from the pit area up the side wall, next to the neighbouring conduit. 3. Run the conduit discreetly under/across the underside of the front balcony. 4. Bring the conduit down the front wall into the bottom corner of my front room, behind the bins/window area (see photo) 5. Terminate the conduit so it is ready for NBN to pull their service through and install the connection. 6. Ensure the conduit, bends, entry point, and installation method meet NBN standards. 7. Make the installation as neat, discreet, and unobtrusive as possible, as it is on the front facade of a terrace house. The approximate conduit route is shown in the attached marked-up photo: the NBN pit is marked in blue, the proposed sandstone drilling point is marked in yellow, and the approximate conduit path is marked in red. There is no power available on the front wall of the upper level, so the connection cannot be installed upstairs. The goal is for the conduit to enter into the bottom corner of the front living room. Please only respond if you have experience with NBN conduit preparation, external conduit runs, drilling through sandstone/masonry, and understand what NBN will require in order to pull the cable through later.

NBN HFC Aerial Connection Install Needed – Annandale I manage a space in Annandale that requires an NBN HFC aerial connection installation. There is currently no HFC aerial connection inside the space, however there is an existing PCD installed. (See pic) I’m looking for someone experienced with NBN/HFC cabling who can inspect the setup and complete the required installation so the space is ready for NBN connection. Have a working nbn wifi at home. Have a seperate home security modem. Need someone to connect both of them (? Online). The Ethernet cable system in the house is connected to the home security so although the wifi is working, Ethernet outlets are not

Hello, I have a Brother MFC-J6720DW printer that is not printing black. I have a new black ink cartridge. I have selected ink, cleaning, black multiple times. I have also purchased cleaning fluid flushing out the printer head? Using a cloth as directed from one online video. And the printer printed a couple of pages with light tone. And now has returned to nothing. If it can be repaired. I am happy for this to be repaired.
