Setting up my gaming pc set up

I am unable to connect with internet. I was unable to access at the local library and also the home internet despite home internet working I have a vpn and I got it recently maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. That is the only thing I can think of but I want to keep. Can someone help me today at the local library because if can do at the local library then it should also be fine when I get home

Looking for someone to install a dual monitor arm (XCD Gas Bracket Dual Arm - from JBHIFI) onto a desk in Melbourne CBD (Bourke Street, near Southern Cross Station) The job involves clamp mounting the base, attaching two arms, and mounting two monitors - one 34" ultrawide (~8.5kg) and one smaller secondary. Basic cable tidy up after. Photo of the desk attached. Including the BACK of the desk where the clamp will attach. No drilling because clamp method is preferred. My outlook emails have stopped working. I believe it has got to do with the domain name, possibly expired or payment due.
