I've tried to fix my windows 11 and installed USB from official website. The USB drive has had important files and it seems deleted or overwritten. Free data recovery software didn't find the data from deep scanning. Windows 11 has still no mouse pointer. If anyone can help please..

Run 3x data lines. 2x from eaves, through roof to cenral location. 1x up wall (from next to nbn )over to central locaton. All low voltage. Roof space typ to picture provided. Proper diagnostic and repair. Some troubleshooting already done by me. I’m looking for a proper diagnostic and repair on a high end desktop that has become unstable. Became unstable last night, a few BSOD but persistent browser crashes and corrupt installs. Don’t know if it’s hardware/software/malware, already done a lot of troubleshooting but need the help of a pro now. Can you let me know your approximate callout rate, how you’d approach this, and an estimate of how many hours you’d expect for initial diagnosis?
