So I unscrewed the cabinetry door for the fridge, and bought a stand alone fridge and slid it into the designated hole/ space. The problem now is that it looks ugly and there is this big gap that I want to cover. Unfortunately the back of the cabinet is not flat flush with the wall so we need some wood to be installed onto it for it to be installed to the wall. Kitchen cabinet opening will need to be modified to fit new oven. Current opening is Width 545mm, Height 630mm, Depth 575mm to suit old style oven which is a under bench unit. To be modified for new oven - Cabinet opening will need to be widened / 20mm venting slot @ back of cabinet as per new oven specs /packing under unit to raise it, and strip to cover packed area post install.
