I need two bathroom drawers repaired. Due to moisture swelling, the drawers have become difficult to open and close. They need to be re‑squared, lightly sanded if required, and the tracks realigned so they slide smoothly again. The drawers are not rusted or badly damaged — the sides have simply widened from moisture. I also need the mirror cabinet door repaired. The hinge and screws need adjustment so the doors close properly and sit flush without misalignment.

The timber plinth (base board) running along the bottom of my horizontal slat fence has come loose and is lying on the ground along the footpath — roughly a 2–3 metre section near the corner pillar. It needs to be reattached securely to the fence posts/rails, or replaced with a new board if the timber is too weathered to reuse.

I’m getting a new fridge delivered and it will be 20-30mm taller than the one I current have. I need the two panels above the fridge to be nearly cut by 20-30mm. The lower hinges will need to be moved up on the panel and the handles re-fixed. The rear internal carcass will also need to be cut out by 20-30mm to allow for the additional fridge height. Ideally late Monday afternoon would be best. Otherwise Tuesday.

The timber fascia at the front of my house has significant paint failure and cracking, with the wood appearing to deteriorate underneath. Looking for someone to assess and quote on repair (if replaced, would like it painted as well). Photos attached. I also have a separate piece of timber trim above a roofline window that has fully come away and needs to be reattached or replaced. Photo attached.

The side of this drawer has been damaged over the years. I need a carpenter to replace the pieces of damaged wood, put the sliders back on properly and getting the drawer sliding again. Note the wooden facade of the drawer can be taken off so the carpenter can replace the damaged piece/pieces and then replace the front of the drawer. Must be done on a weekend, Friday or Saturday.
