My balcony (approx. 5m x 2m) has an old wooden deck installed by a previous owner. I have started pulling it up but don’t have the right tools or time to finish. I need someone to: Disassemble and remove the wooden planks (approx. 10m² of decking). Deal with some rotten timber and rusted nails. Stack the removed timber on-site (no disposal required). I will clear the furniture off the deck before the task.

It's to make an extension to my current study desk built in 2014. The name of the “colours” of the product were called WILDBIRCH and IRONSTONE. I understand these may be impossible to find and match, so many years on. But Im happy to do with something that will closely resemble these.

I really need this black bench/shelf thing removed. It’s built into all the apartments in my building. I can’t see how it joins but it’s really solid and stuck in there. I’d like it removed in a way that doesn’t damage the existing melamine (or whatever it is), although I understand it may expose some joins. Right now I just want the space it’s taking up.
