We had a small drawer dishwasher with a cupboard above it that we have tried to remove today - we successfully got the dishwasher out but the cupboard is proving very difficult to remove without causing damage to the bench and cupboards around it. Was hoping a handyman or similar might know how to help! The cupboard appears to be glued in - need it completely gone to make way for a new full size dishwasher. I really need this black bench/shelf thing removed. It’s built into all the apartments in my building. I can’t see how it joins but it’s really solid and stuck in there. I’d like it removed in a way that doesn’t damage the existing melamine (or whatever it is), although I understand it may expose some joins. Right now I just want the space it’s taking up.
