Replace wood in door frame where broken and reattach fly screen

I have a sliding door that goes outside, it's glass, and it comes off the rollers. Have to put it back on to close it. My dad has tried to fix it multiple times but it still slides off (tried cleaning/clearing, etc). In saying that I've not used the door in years so need a professional opinion and need it fixed in order to rent the place out come August.
