Find a professional wifi technician in NSW

Would love to get help to get better wifi signal. We recently upgraded to NBN Fibre (FTTP). The signal is great in the entry way, but it gets worse beyond that. It turns into 100mbps approx speed, which is what we had when we were on fttb. The eero 6 router is in the hall way as pictured, we have another extender in bedroom. Beyond the hallway, the signal is dropping to under 100mbs. In the bedroom (where the desk is) its really slow sometimes at 80mbs. I removed the third extender we have because it actually slowed down our wifi. The nbn box can't be moved from the cupboard near entry door. Would love your help on how we could fix this if its possible?

Our wifi is down, we use DoDo (nbn). It’s not a system outage. Cable related. The wifi is connected to 4 boosters.

We’re seeking a quote to improve Wi‑Fi coverage in the front half of our single-storey house. Our NBN box and existing Eero router are in the rear extension, which has no accessible roof space. We would like: * A Cat6 Ethernet cable run from the existing Eero, through the external wall and along the side of the house in neat conduit that matches / looks consistent with side of the house * The cable taken into the accessible roof space over the front half of the house * An Ethernet outlet installed in the front of the house (maybe hallway or bedroom) * Provision for a second wired Eero at that location, using Ethernet backhaul * A power point beside the new Ethernet outlet if required Please include the proposed cable/conduit route, outlet position, any equipment we need to supply, and whether setup and testing are included.

Hi! We’re looking for someone experienced with NBN/WiFi troubleshooting who can attend the property today if possible. The NBN provider is Spintel. The WiFi is currently not working, and we have already tried resetting/restarting the modem, but unfortunately the connection has not been restored. We need someone who can: Check the modem/router and NBN connection Troubleshoot and identify why the internet is offline Restore the WiFi connection Once the WiFi is rectified, assist with connecting the Smart TV to the WiFi and make sure it is working properly The property is currently occupied, so we would really appreciate someone who is available to attend today. Please let us know your availability and experience with NBN/WiFi troubleshooting and Smart TV setup. Thank you!
