Add a second modem for a wifi extender

I’m having trouble connecting my apps in my house for underfloor heating, aircon. I need help setting up wifi extenders around my house.

My printer is not connecting to the wifi network.

I live in a unit block, NBN is FTTP, then via copper backbone (telephone line) to RJ45 socket. I recently replaced WiFi modem/router to Telstra Gen4 (& Gen3 booster). I can’t get them to work, constant dropouts. I need someone to resolve for me
