Satnam or Raj as he prefers to be known was great and I certainly recommend him to others who have some home IT issues. Raj was punctual in arriving to complete my tasks and was very responsive as he tried to juggle our respective calendars so as to organise a time to visit our home. Our home internet keeps dropping out intermittently across the whole house. NBN (iiNet) to the modem is working fine, but our Google WiFi mesh system (shown in the photo) seems to be the issue. We have multiple Google WiFi points across a three-storey, double-brick home, and devices often lose connection for ~10 seconds at a time before reconnecting. We need someone experienced with Google WiFi mesh networks to: • Diagnose why our Google WiFi points are failing or dropping • Check configuration, placement, or any faulty units • Restore stable, consistent internet across all floors Experience with mesh networks / Google WiFi is essential.
