I need a wifi connection to a seperate building on my property. The cabling is there but having issue sorting it out. I have a WiFi extender and a spare modem that I would like to us for the task. There might be some cabling that might need to be checked so need someone with that skill base as well as IT setup skills.

We live in a decent sized townhouse with concrete/masonry floors that make it very hard for WiFi to penetrate, so there are several very weak WiFi zones. Attached is a floor plan with the location of the modem/router marked. The modem/router is a TP-LINK archer AX73. I would like to expand the WiFi network by hooking up an extension device on the top and bottom floors, and if possible also run an ethernet cable to the pc in the study (which is far from the router/modem). I have one TP-LINK wireless extender but that is not much use because there is no way to power it in the stairwell (where it can receive a decent signal). I feel like cables may need to run to extenders. Will need to budget for other extenders.
