Moved into a new apartment, we tried to connect washing machine, lead to a leak! need help

Leaking washing machine.

My Bosch washing machine is showing E18 error code. I’ve tried troubleshooting it myself by: draining the water manually; removing and cleaning the filter and impeller (impeller is spinning like normal); opening the front cover panel and checking/cleaning the drain hose. Despite these efforts, the error still appears after every wash cycle. It seems the issue may be more complex, so I’ll need a qualified technician to properly repair it. Please bring any necessary tools or parts, and let me know if you have experience fixing this type of issue. [Refer to the photos attached]

Hey all, I've just moved house and need some help moving, and setting up my washing machine. The washing machine is sitting in the new house ready to be moved just 7mtrs to the laundry, and will need the hoses screwed on to the laundry taps. This is the most simple 5 min job possible for someone who has a dolly trolly. I would appreciate the help as I have a broken collar bone at the moment and cant do it myself. Samsung BubbleWash 7.5kg front loader washing machine doesn't spin drum. It fills with water but won't progress to the next stage of the wash. Have tried with empty drum on Drum Clean setting but it still won't spin. Doesn't show any error message on the screen.
