Currently not getting cold water to washing machine. Only hot. Appears to be a stuck valve.

I have genuine Electrolux parts. New Door Bellow and Door Lock. Model number is EWW7524ADWA I require someone who is experienced with Electrolux Washing Machines and can install these genuine parts efficiently and effective.

I have purchased a seal to replace the old seal of my washing machine. I have been able to clip the strings and seal into place however they are not staying in place. My guess, is because when I did this I did not take the weights off. The brand of the washing machine is Simpson.

I’ve done a full load of laundry. Tried opening the door and it wont let me open. I’ve cleared the drain pump which had a lot of water. Did another load and it didnt let me open the door again.
