Install a power point in the garage on the interior wall opposite of the main electricity box for fiber modem.

Remove door/grill from previous ducting system and repair with dry wall , smooth to prepare for painting

Need an old built in cupboard removed as well as an old desk over an existing stair bulkhead. Need a new cupboard built

Re position power point and replaster

2 bedroom unit Holes in walls needs to be patched up Two sliding door need to be replaced Two windows need to be replaced

Getting house ready for sale- Two main areas of concern. 1-hole in the roof of bathroom 2-plaster under outdoor eaves one side to be install and other side to be replaced to match.

Seeking qualified plaster to repair hole in the wall. Affected area is approximately H300 x W200mm.

I have got a 20 amp single power point and I'm wondering if it can be changed to a 10 amp double power point. Should be a quick job. Looking for a licensed electrician

Fixing of power point socket/panel - I don’t think it need re wiring but needs to be removed, put back in properly and replastered.

Out outdoor wall lights don't work. Lights are less than 2 years old. Suspect its the power switch that's faulty. Need a licenced electrician to check/fix the issue.

I have a plastic awning, 2 meters x 1 meter that I want put above my laundry door. One end will go into wood, the other end into brickwork. I can supply the bolts if needed, or you supply and I’ll pay for them. The awning has been put together already, just needs to be put up. I can help hold it up/assist with installation if needed just can’t do it by myself.

A wall has been removed. 1 light switch and one PowerPoint ran in that wall as shown. Socket needs to move to inner wall with subfloor access and existing wire. S/f new socket. Switch needs to be relocated as practical.
