I need 3 power points installation in Toilet for installation of Smart Bidget Toilet Seat. 2 power points on ground floor and 1 on first floor. Just need single power points not double.

11x 365mm by 365mm holes 4 X 125mm round holes 2 x 70mm downlights Small crack in wall. I will batten out each hole and fill it with plaster so i just need you to stop up and sand ready for paint

House on stilts with easy access. - Run cable in conduit from the house to the new sauna location. - Total length max 60m - Bury the cable in the existing trench, install danger tape at mid-depth, and backfill the trench. - Install one 32 A isolator at the sauna end. - Install waterproof double GPO (run lighting and plunger chiller) - Run cable from the isolator to the sauna and connect the sauna heater to the new circuit. - Combine the two existing lighting circuits in the switchboard to create space for the new circuit. - Install one new 32 A RCBO at the main switchboard. - Test and commission the new circuit and confirm the sauna operates correctly. - Compliance cert

The awning window highlighted in yellow is what needs to be replaced to a fixed window. This is to stop the glass door getting smashed if the awning window is open and someone opens the door into it.

I need a plasterer to come in and fix a ceiling issue in my garage . The problem is the ceiling in one part has come off tye fixing and fallen on it the garage door which is rubbing on the door each time it’s opening and closing .
