Require 4 x stainless steel wires in balustrade to be fixed with saddles riveted to steel posts. May require drilling new holes in steel posts. Saddles and rivets provided. You will need to bring appropriate tools to complete the job.

We have a few areas we need rendered. I have labelled the photos A, B and C so you are aware which point below the photo is in reference to. A) Wall adjacent to pool. Wall is approx 7500mm long x 500mm high. You will see steps in the photo, we do not require rendering on the steps. B) Internal Basement stairs wall and adjacent wall. I have included measurements of the wall that needs to be rendered, and the potion around the stairs. C) Outside Stairs. We need two walls contructed from blockwork, We will provide the blocks. We need 2 walls either side of the steps. One side will be 1900mm long x the full height of the wall under the stairs to the concrete platform above. The other side will be 3600mm long x full height of wall to hit under the steps and the concrete platform above. We need a footing in this area which will be approx 400mm wide x 2000mm long, prior to wall being constructed. The current footing only goes to under the steps, we need it to reach the edge of the house. We will then need this rendered on both sides. Details of areas have been provided Fixed prices only, inlcluding labour and materials (only H Blocks will be provided for the outside stairs wall)

A small repair in Garage ceiling needed. Gyprock first and then paint

Replace water damaged ceiling panel 1000x2300 as per photo

Replace rotten wooden handrails (x2) and balustrades (x2) on balcony deck

Gyprock ceiling in my garage has become detached from rafters in one corner causing it to sage. Gyprock is damaged where it’s become in contact with garage door. There is also a crack and couple other patches to do. Wanting it reattached, patched and sanded ready for painter. Needs to be done ASAP

We need someone to hang walls and ceilings in our new build

Rendered wall needs patching (possibly can sand off) and touch up paint where piece of wood removed. Wall areas are both approx 5m long and can be accessed via roof only. Paint can be provided. Please only respond if available to complete in next few days

Gyprock studio 20m2. Height 2.4 to 2.7m. Door is 2.4x2.4m. Two windows each0.7m x2.0m. Use furring channels. I can assist lifting. I can do the final sanding.

Skim coat render Brick wall. Approx 9 metres x 500-600mm high. Have Dunlop Acrylic Render, just require skilled renderer to do the job.

I need to change the wood balustrade of veranda and steps and install powder coated aluminium balustrade. - Due date: Flexible

Hole in gyprock wall (fist size) needs to be repaired. Job to be done ASAP (day, time flexible) Happy to negotiate cost. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 14 November 2022

I could not find the same handles and lock at Bunnings so hoping the existing lock can be fixed - happy to pay for any new parts which may be necessary. Job needs to be quoted on please and done as soon as possible. - Due date: Flexible

Need to install a power point on a wall. It is a brick wall that we have covered with gyprock, so likely the power point will have to be installed on the surface. There is full access to under the house to run the cables and a nearby power point to get the power from. - Due date: Flexible

Have a small deck which I need wire balustrades installed on timber railing. - Due date: Flexible
