I am renovating my laundry and need to install an extra power point below an existing one (so that the washing machine can be plugged in below bench height). The wall is gyprock. The mess in the floor in the photo will be cleaned up and machine machine moved prior to attendance to allow clear and easy access.

I'm seeking a licensed electrician to install four power points: Toilet. Kitchen. Study room and outdoor brick wall (on deck) We're available any Monday for the installation.

I have removed some drywall when redoing tiles and now need to put new drywall up and patch before tiling. There are metal studs and I lack expertise for the job. I have bought the drywall but we are also across from Bunnings if anything else is needed 😊

We need a plasterer to patch holes in ceiling left from moving lights. We also need the finishing done on a doorway we’ve blocked (gyprock/wall already done). And pathing done in a master wardrobe where previous shelving has left damage. Photo of wall provided without gyprock, will get another photo of wall completed with gyprock soon. Urgent as we have a painter start prep work on Friday for a full interior re-paint. Probably 5-6 hours of work all up.

I tried to patch up some old cooling vents and it didn’t turn out right. I’m looking for someone who can cut out the bad patching and plasterboard the area. No painting required. There are five separate areas, as illustrated in the pictures.

House recently bought, part of the house is on a slope and as such has what I can only assume to be some water erosion of some of the render/underlying brick. Does it just need some paint? Maybe some mortar? Whole new render? Not pedantic, probably just need to stop water getting in. I am looking into getting some additional drainage put in separately.
