There is a section in the ceiling that needs plastering from where a wall was ripped out. There is small patchwork in the kitchen from where parts of the kitchen were removed. Small holes in ceiling from exchange of lighting. Cornice small section of kitchen, Paint over plastering work.

Wanting to revamp this awning which needs a new paint and remove the top slats - open to ideas. I’ll supply all materials so offer labour price only thanks

We’ve recently purchased a property and need the entire interior stripped back ready for renovation. Scope of work: • Remove all plasterboard from walls and ceilings throughout the house (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living area, hallway) • Remove and dispose of the existing kitchen (cabinets, benchtops, splashback, etc.) • Neatly pile all waste in an accessible area outside (we can arrange a skip if needed) • Take care around framing, electrical wiring, plumbing, and insulation What we’re after: • Someone experienced with demolition or renovation prep work • Must have own tools • Reliable, tidy, and able to complete the job within the next week or so (flexible on dates) Please include your experience, availability, and whether you can handle waste disposal in your offer.

Patching 2m strip of ceiling after a wall removal. Have the spare boards, papertape, and joint compound Will have tilers removing tiles around the house as well so might be a messy work environment.

$50 cash per hour will be required for at least 4 hours Help to lift prepare and assemble 2 x saunas, some panels 80kg so pretty heavy, done plenty before but too much for one person.

The awning currently goes out OK with the remote, but retracting is not working - motor just hums. easily accessible from a deck. the fabric has been replaced recently, so we would prefer to repair rather than replace. No brand visible.

Needing a handy man to patch this gyprock hole in the wall. Not sure if just the hole needs filling or a strip 1m long. You’ll know!
