Putting plasterboards on my ceilings in the garage room. The ceiling size is about 24 square meters.

Approx 16sqm of steel balustrade to remove current rust, sand, undercoat / prep coat and final coat. As well as a 4.5m x 1.9m wooden privacy screen undercoat / prep coat and final coat. Paints to be provided (byo brushes and other materials). Photos show described areas to be painted

Install a power point. Power available on the wall. There is power point on the other side of the wall. Also fix the loose cable to light point in store room.

Bathroom ceiling needs resurfacing Under coat ( zinzzer) and two top coat ( Dulux paint preferred). Also gyprock patching repair required around new air duct vent / light combo recently installed.

There are crack lines in the ceiling gyprock (see photos) becoming more noticeable over the last 2 years. Ceiling was put in 30 years ago when house built. Had some roof tile damage with some ceiling water marked to ceiling in several rooms 1 year ago and had it repaired. No further ceiling water marks since.

A small truck patch rolled and hit the house. Gutter and pierced the plasterboard. Need it repaired like it never happened

The nearest existing outlet is on the opposite wall, so this will likely require running new wiring through the trim and drilling through studs beneath the window wall, similar to the coax relocation approach. 4. TV Wall Mount & Cable Management * Mount a TV securely to the wall and conceal power and HDMI cables by drilling a pass-through hole for a clean, tidy setup.
