The contracted renderer has health issues and is unable to complete the job. The work remaining, as shown in the photos, includes adjustments to the headers of three porches, finishing the underside of the foam, and completing the final color coat. All materials will be supplied by us. This is estimated to be a two-day job for one person and must be completed before 20/12/2024. The pay is $500 per day.

Sheets have already been hung. They just need to be stopped up. Ensuite is 3.6m x 1.6m and its villa board. It has full height tiles so no need for final coat. Bedroom has 3 small bulkheads and two nib walls plus 4 ceiling separated by beams that need to be finish off. Please note, walls have timber sheet cladding so no need for plaster.
