Timber frame & plasterboard has water damage from years ago. Need them replaced and patched to be ready for painting (one wall only approx 1.5m wide & 0.5m height, where the washing machine & sink is) I’ve also attached pictures of the work that was carried out before for an example

New walls and ceilings of 80sqm granny flat, steel frame. All sheeting and cornices are on site. 1 bedroom with ensuite, bathroom, toilet, laundry and linen, kitchen and living. - Due date: Flexible

Remove 3 x hardwired downlights under kitchen cabinets. Install 3 new x power points in cupboards and fit replacement Plug-in Downlights (supplied). New Downlights fit existing cut-outs but if any issues with depth of the light we will sort ourselves. - Due date: Before Sunday, 5 March 2023

I'm wanting to get a concrete pool wall rendered. It's probably a bit hard to see in the pics, but the wall is approx. 7-8m x 1.5m. The formwork came apart a bit when the concrete was poured, so that needs to be considered. You'll also see some formwork still stuck in the wall at the bottom. Again, not ideal, but my thoughts are that you do the best you can, and I'll plant a low hedge to hide whatever imperfections we're left with. Budget is somewhat flexible. - Due date: Flexible
