Hi there, I’m looking for an experienced handyman or plasterer to patch up a few plasterboard blemishes in my home. The task involves: • Filling corner of wall above shower, and near front door. • Sanding and smoothing the surface to prepare it for painting (painting not required). Details: • The walls are standard interior plasterboard. • There are 3 areas that need patching. • Materials can be provided if needed, or feel free to bring your own. Location: The property is located in Ormeau QLD 4208. Requirements: • Must have prior experience in plasterboard repair. • Have your own tools and equipment (I have some tools at home which you can use). • Attention to detail and quality finish are essential. I have 2 x nooks that need to be framed and closed in one is 1180mm x 1180mm and the other is 1180mm by 420mm (i have framing wood supplied) but no board 3. Ceiling Hole that needs to be closed up(i have a fibre cement board) 4. 5 x old phone sockets removed and closed up, prepped for painting, other small holes and inperfections to be fixeds ie little screw holes x 8 and other small holes Will supply board, wood to build frame and have a fibre cement for ceiling. You need to bring all comsumables and tools

Would like to install new power point under existing power point for electric fire place installation - Due date: Flexible

I’m after someone that can relocate a non-load bearing wall (2.7m long x 3m high) about 600mm to expand our wardrobe. A few pictures are attached but if you could please allow to: 1. Remove the existing wall 2. Construct a new wall including cutting the carpet to put the bottom plate in, supply all materials except paint (such as gyprock, studs, cornices, architraves, etc - to match existing), complete all tie in works to the walls, floor and ceiling (including the reinstatement of the ceiling where the wall was removed), plastering and painting. 3. Remove the existing wardrobe shelving and patch up, plaster and paint around them. The house is steel framed but timber is fine to be used if you don’t want to reuse the existing steel frame from the current wall
