Prepare and render outside wall ready for painting. 8m long. Mix of brick, old concrete and render. Wall now uncovered in some photos but deck being built around it. Need the work done weekend of 20/21st (either day). Weather pending.

I need an ikea flat pack wardrobe installed. This will involve removing the old skirting board on the wall (1960s house) and attaching the wardrobe to the wall and putting it together. I have put $260 for the task which is as an hourly rate of $65, assuming four hours. Will continue to pay by the hour if longer than this time.

I need someone to render small area along the side wall of the staircase between ground floor and first floor. Perhaps one or two bricks will be needed, too.

1. Remove existing timber balustrade 2. Replace 4 off existing timber boards with new where posts removed (timber supplied) 3. Construct new shoe rack in void below. Dims. 1430w x 400d x 430h. To be framed and clad in black but timber boards with 2 off hinge doors.
