I need my bathtub recoated? Maybe also sanded first? Seems the previous owner has put some kind of subpar coating on it which absorbed stains and now is flaking. (And didn’t look good either). Need it either scraped/sanded off and recoated or coated over with some kind of warrantee that it won’t flake again please. House is only 10 years old. Bath is on first floor up 1 flight of stairs. I need a great builder/carpenter to build a rendered arch that sits on an external wall. I need all the frame work to be done for a stone finish. Outdoor but undercover power point (single) has been compromised - probably by insects - so that the switch is loose and can get hot when appliances running or stop working if displaced. 1 x power point fitting to be removed entirely, wiring checked and cleaned up of any debris, and a new fitting installed - preferably double, if it can be done with existing cabling. I have been doing renos on another house and may have a standard $3.50 fitting to supply, but I'll check that. This task will take a pro 5 minutes, so if you know you'll be around the area some time soon, post us a quote. It can be almost any time, including super early or evening too.
