Need someone to bring the bulb (buy it) and install into lighting fixture. One bulb needs replacing, all others are working. Must have a tall ladder as ceiling is 10ft tall. Bulb specifications are pictured. Fix 2 Ethernet wall plugs (the switch has fallen behind accidentally after pushing it in too hard). Switches work perfectly fine - it’s just the cable has fallen into wall 2-4cm.

Need it either scraped/sanded off and recoated or coated over with some kind of warrantee that it won’t flake again please. House is only 10 years old. Bath is on first floor up 1 flight of stairs. Outdoor but undercover power point (single) has been compromised - probably by insects - so that the switch is loose and can get hot when appliances running or stop working if displaced. 1 x power point fitting to be removed entirely, wiring checked and cleaned up of any debris, and a new fitting installed - preferably double, if it can be done with existing cabling. I have been doing renos on another house and may have a standard $3.50 fitting to supply, but I'll check that.
