Hi there - We are going to be framing 2 walls to separate a formal dining/living so we can create a bedroom and living room. We would like to have someone come in and prepare the gyprock with skim coat and sanding - as this takes a lot of skill that we don’t have :-) We live in Narraweena. Timing would be around mid To late Oct. Would this be a job you would be interested in? The two photos will be where walls will be framed. Skim coat on both sides. One area is about 2.5 meters long and second is about 2 meters
