We are going to replace with a freestanding ikea pax. Need a quote to remove fitted/builtin wardrobe, remove a wall and wardrobe frame, then plaster walls/ceiling where wardrobe was, add skirting board / cornice to area where wardrobe was. Ceiling patched, made flush in ceiling cavity. Basically, we need a bigger (with wall removed) and clear cavity where the wardrobe was before. Quote can include 1) removing and disposing the wardrobe and/or wall only; or 2) removing and disposing of the wardrobe and wall and repairing the wall/ceiling (plastering) if you are qualified / experienced in doing so; or 3) Just the repair/plastering of wall and ceiling. - Due date: Flexible

Need to take down the old verandah (2m out from the house x approx. 16m long), replace with new one that should be approx 16m long x 6m out (but this is triangle, so it's sort of half — see photo). Plus decking for approx. the 6m out but only about 12m long. Let me know if this doesn't make sense.
