The main tasks I have identified: 1. Patch up the back of an old door way 2. Fix a couple of small patches (2-3, about 15cx15cm where the sparkly worked) 3. Fix/refinish the archway leading into the kitchen 4. Install cornice (bulkheads will be installed prior). We are looking for a plasterer to give us a figure and finish off the job so we can have our kitchen back- the sooner the better. Cheers!

Small section needs plasterer

Broken roof on verandah.

I had a crack at fixing some cracks in our render job and absolutely butchered it. Just wanting someone to come and get it prepped to paint. There are 6 smallish spots (3 pictured) that I’d like fixed up. No paint required. Just want it patched over and blended in. I believe it’s a mesh render.

Tinted poloy sheets have become brittle & all need to be replaced. Verandah is 8 meters long x 2.5 mtrs wide. Would like them replaced with green tinted poloysheets.

Couple of small jobs we need a quote for: 1) new light in our garage ceiling. We already have 1 light attached to a beam and pointing horizontally in the garage which only lights up half the space, so we need a light on the other side of the beam (or if you can suggest a better spot) 2) We need a power point removed and moved to the main wall in our laundry. At the moment it is in the side wall of the inbuilt laundry closet, and we need it moved to the main wall, as we are removing the old closet. Not sure of what this would cost.
