We had already sanded down our Tasmanian Oak floor throughout our house, however, we found that a few areas are uneven and possibly require another round of polish before we put on skirting. We're looking at 5 rooms including living and kitchen - standard size house. Keep in mind it has already been sanded within the last 2 months.

Front fence needs staining (stain provided). Small section of pailing fence on each side. (Pictures provided) Children's play set (with cubby) needs taking down and taking away. Two gate posts from old gate need removing too, if possible.
