I have a garage ceiling that’s starting to sag slightly — no water damage or softness, just a visible dip. The house was built in 2006. The plaster is still firm to the touch. My new house has timber stairs with metal balustrades as shown in the pics. I am replacing these with glass balustrade. I am looking for someone to remove the stairs metal balustrade and timber posts and void balustrade and touch up the small holes that would be left on steps after removing the metal bars. This work needs to be done in a month or so after I get handover.
