I have a garage ceiling that’s starting to sag slightly — no water damage or softness, just a visible dip. The house was built in 2006. The plaster is still firm to the touch. I think it may just need re-screwing and patching. Can you take a look and let me know what needs to be done and roughly what it would cost?
