Hi, I’m looking for a licensed electrician for a few jobs at my home(single story tiled roof): • Install 2 pillar lights on the front wall (lights will be provided, wiring already there) • Install 3 pendant/chandelier lights above the kitchen bench (lights will be provided ,wiring already there ) • Install 1 LED light in the bathroom • Install a ceiling fan (fan will be provided,wiring already there) • Install 5–6 additional power points in different rooms Thank you.

The theatre room’s four ceiling speakers have been removed, and we now need to cover or plaster the holes. We still have the original cut-out pieces from the installation, which you can use if needed.

I have a garage ceiling that’s starting to sag slightly — no water damage or softness, just a visible dip. The house was built in 2006. The plaster is still firm to the touch. I think it may just need re-screwing and patching. Can you take a look and let me know what needs to be done and roughly what it would cost?

A portion (Approx size 1 feet x 1 feet) of the ceiling in bathroom has mould growth and needs to be replaced. There is no water leakage from top and the mould has not spread.
