I have a garage ceiling that’s starting to sag slightly — no water damage or softness, just a visible dip. The house was built in 2006. The plaster is still firm to the touch. I think it may just need re-screwing and patching. Can you take a look and let me know what needs to be done and roughly what it would cost?

A portion (Approx size 1 feet x 1 feet) of the ceiling in bathroom has mould growth and needs to be replaced. There is no water leakage from top and the mould has not spread.

Minor plastering on walls and roof

My new house has timber stairs with metal balustrades as shown in the pics. I am replacing these with glass balustrade. I am looking for someone to remove the stairs metal balustrade and timber posts and void balustrade and touch up the small holes that would be left on steps after removing the metal bars. This work needs to be done in a month or so after I get handover.

There was a piece of plaster that was removed from one of the walls by the fire brigade as we had a fire incident on our backyard. We need to get that plaster fixed and paint the wall closest to the colour of the other walls. Thanks
