The house is double storey, approx. 16 years old with the tiled roof. 3 powerpoints are needed upstairs and one downstairs. Access to the light power switch and the ceiling lighting cables is possible without wall damage. The switchboard is with the safety switch and the extra spaces. Insurance certificate is needed. The price does not include my airtasker connection fee, which I cannot claim from the tax compared to you. The price includes gst. Those who change more than $50 per hour, do NOT need to respond. Verandah ceiling has slipped from the holding roof timber on one side of the verandah and needs to be pinned back up. The verandah is about 5m X 4m size, and the the slip on affecting the last 1/4.
