I need someone to patch a hole in the plasterboard. I have a patch kit and filler, you will need tools. No followup for sanding/painting required. I also need help mounting a wooden board on the wall above a doorframe. You will need a saw, tools, and screws suitable for mounting into wooden studs.

I am now ready for you to go ahead with the laundry and bathroom ceiling. I have attached two photos for you to view. The bathroom ceiling has been constructed with two levels with a curve so some flexible gyprock will be needed. The laundry ceiling will be up to you to form.

AWNING RODS HAVE BROKEN DUE TO HIGH WINDS AND FIXED METAL AWNING HAS COLLAPSED

The awning is 1.2m wide and 1m deep. The awning comes with bolts to attach the frame to a wall, but I don't think they will work for attaching to brick. I have included a photo of these bolts and the brick wall where I want the awning installed. I'm happy to assist in the installation and I have two ladders suitable for the job. However I don't have a cordless drill that can drill holes in brick and I don't have masonry drill bits that are large enough for the supplied bolts.

Cleaning shelving, walls and ceiling of closed-in verandah. Lifting heavy pots. Gardening jobs, I think it is around 4 hours of work. I'm looking to pay $30 per hour, so if it is more than 4 hours of work, the payment will be increased at rate of $30 per hour for each extra hour.

I have a wall, approx 3 x 2m that has plaster that has cracked and fallen off and as such need to have it replastered. Wall is back to bare brick. Plaster will need to be a lime mix as it’s an old house and subject to movement/cracking. No painting required. On a budget so if there’s a significant price difference between doing base and top or just base, I really just need the base layer done so it’s level, I’m able to do top coat. Looking to see how much such a job would cost. If you’re able to do this job please provide a quote for just base coat and also one for base and top coat. Thank you!

Replace two light fittings in living room. In addition the setting up of an outdoor power point

We are replacing ceiling oyster lights with down lights. Holes will be left behind from the old lights which need to be filled back in. There will be 6 in total across 3 bedrooms and a living/dining area, each hole is approximately 4cm in diameter. Looking to get a quote for the repair and painting of the entire ceiling for the rooms as well.

Replace 2 double power points, 1 in the kitchen, the other one in living room. I already bought 2 new ones from Bunnings.

Hang 3 art work on Gyprock wall, 2 around 5 kilos and 1 less than a kilo. Need some one who has a stud finder need them at a particular position so will need to be tested.

A small section of the plasterboard behind the skirting board was damaged by water in the past (see red circle). I think the task will involve taking down the skirting board, remove and replace the damaged gyprock, and then glue the skirting board back on. The damaged gyprock is hard to see because it’s hiding behind the skirting board but I estimate the size to be roughly 35cm X 12cm. If you could also help us to paint that side of the wall at additional charge, it’s even better. There are unpainted patches and water marks on the wall from previous issue and repair. The wall is about 170cm wide and 250cm tall (see photo). Feel free to make an offer just for the gyprock repair.

New wall install completed with all the dry wall being installed. All that’s required is mud and taping, ceiling cornice install, and door trim and base board install. it’s one wall but needs both sides done about 2.7m in length and 2.8 in height. I have all the materials already.
