Tile an area 3x3m on top of existing tiles. Probably need to cut front tiles and remove step tiles and cement before tiling. Also a step along the garage. You need to be able to do a French pattern. Tiles are arriving 27/11/25.

I am having a wall mounted air conditioning unit and PowerPoint removed from a bedroom wall and bricked up on Thursday 13/06/2024. Require a tradesman to gyprock patch the resulting holes on Friday 14/06.

We’ve just bought a new place have have discovered water damage and light mould in one of the wardrobes we would like the drywall removed from two walls and the roof section and replaced in this area. Patched but no painting required. Quote should include materials. We are about to replace the exterior roof which will stop this from happening in future.

Had a toilet removed and there is a 420x 220 x 2.5mm patch in the concrete wall that i need filled in with cement to blend in with the area.
