Hi there, I’m looking for someone to repair my outdoor awning. One side of the awning has dropped down — it seems like a bolt or joint has come loose, as the awning tilts when it’s opened. I don’t think the leg is bent, just misaligned. I need someone to inspect it and fix the alignment so the awning opens level again. The job is at my shop in East Perth. Our apartment has a damaged wall to be patched. Skirting doesn't need to be repaired, only the wall.

Seeking help to render small patch of brick tomorrow (Thursday). It is a small 1m x 1.8m patch of brick wall. I will supply render and sand. I have clean orange sand and was thinking Davco 20kg Off White Render would work best. You will need your own tools.

Three power point are in conduits running from the ground up the back of a long cupboard. The cupboard is already removed it's just to disconnect wires, pull it out the cupboard, reconnect wires and secure to the wall. There is also need for a new power point on a wall where we are going to place a wall mounted TV.
