Require a plasterer to stop / finish off the external corners on a niche. Size is 1540mm x 920mm with a 40mm recess. The back wall of the niche is MDF so no internal corners need finishing. I will have it all finished today. Only require fitting the external metal corners and stopping / finishing.

I have cement sheets under my back verandah that need to be taken down and removed, Due to missing roof tiles and a wet winter the cement sheets are water damaged. They do not need to be replaced as the verandah will form part of my extension at some time in the near future. Site to be left cleaned. I have removed some cement from my eaves and that took around an hour, I have no experience whatsoever so I am imaging that it will take an hour or two at the most to remove the cement sheets, especially if the tradie has the right equipment.
