Looking for an experienced plasterer/carpenter to install a drop (suspended) ceiling with gyprock in my basement rumpus/media room. • Area: approx 30-33m² (8m x 4m). • Scope: • Frame and install drop ceiling (approx. 70–100mm drop). • Supply & fix gyprock sheets, set and sand ready for paint. • Cut-outs for 6–8 LED downlights (electrician will handle wiring/installation). • The goal is a smooth, clean ceiling finish to transform the basement into a living/media space. You Provide: • Labour, materials (framing, gyprock, screws, jointing compound, etc). • Tools and equipment to complete job. I Provide: • Downlights & electrician for wiring. • Paint (I will paint once ceiling is finished). Location: Chermside West, QLD. Timing: Flexible over the next few weeks. Budget: Please quote — open to reasonable offers based on quality and experience. Notes: • Basement currently has exposed beams and concrete block walls (to be rendered). • Ceiling height is under habitable standard, but this is for a rumpus/media space (not a bedroom).
