Need to undo toilet seats and other plumbing stuff and reconnect again. The gyprock has been affected by moisture and mould due to being unnoticed for some time. The job involves: 1. Removing the damaged and moulded gyprock. 2. Cleaning and treating the area to address mould. 3. Installing new gyprock. 4. Finishing with taping, mudding, sanding, and painting with suitable paint for bathroom.
