In the end I was happy, but this was a complex task and needed a significant amount of oversight from me. Jayson was great, prompt, communicative and knowledgeable about a variety of things. He arrived at my place with a labourer, someone that he hadn’t worked with before. Unfortunately, the labourer made a number of errors, resulting in the need to modify the design and purchase additional materials. This person also was a little careless onsite and caused some other damage to my property. Jayson was apologetic and worked hard to find a resolution to the issues and ‘make good’ on the quoted job. I have to commend his tenacity and persistence. I recommended that Jayson not bring that labourer onto another job. Jayson agreed. In the end, I have a verandah and I’m pretty happy with the result. It needs a few ‘extra’ holes filled because some timber’s were originally positioned incorrectly. To Jayson’s credit, he hadn’t built a bullnose verandah before and they’re a bit more complex.

A pocket door came off the rails. I need a licensed electrician to complete the following work: - Replace a damaged double power point in my kitchen with a like-for-like double outlet. - The existing faceplate has broken retaining clips and needs to be replaced. Looking for 2 practical handypeople to disassemble a 3-person iHealth Premium Infrared Sauna in the backyard of a residential property in Lyneham and stack the dismantled timber panels and components in the garage. The task shouldn't take more than 1-2 hours. Please note: The largest timber wall panels weigh roughly 30kg to 40kg each, so two people are recommended for the lifting phase to avoid scratching the wood. Key Tasks: - Unplug and safely organise the internal roof wiring (all cables are clearly labelled). - Unscrew and remove the internal accessories, bench seat, and roof panel. - Carefully unclip and lift the interlocking timber wall panels apart. - Stack the dismantled timber panels and components safely and neatly in the garage.
