The shade cloth for my patio awning has become loose. I need someone to come and fix it, and set limits to stop it over extending.

Need a : roof tiler/repair to replace 6 tiles. Plasterer to fix internal water damage. Painter to pint over plaster after dried.

The railing is about 160cm wide and there are 8 holes to attach the railing on a concrete wall which has a 2cm thick gyprock in front of it

Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair wall damage from removed fixtures. Includes multiple small holes, several larger cut-outs, and a long horizontal section that needs patching and skimming. Wall needs to be smooth and ready for paint once finished. Photos attached. Outdoor Balustrade needs cleaning, some sanding and repainting. Rails to entrance are rotting and have been sprayed with hard wood. Keen just for a repaint of these to freshen it up. Even in damaged area just looking to get it white not fixed. Have fila available to use. Balustrade is 6.8m long Rails are 2.8m long and there is three on each side. I will supply paint.

Cut out damaged ceiling plasterboard and replace with new plasterboard. Paint to match existing ceiling colour as close as possible.

Our experienced awning installer needs help for half a day as his colleague is on leave. May lead to other work in future. It MUST be this Tuesday 16/9 morning start 930am. You will need to. - Help unpack a van with small awnings and blinds. - Hold ladders for the fitter to be up high. - Be on a small 3-5 step ladder to help him hold up the other end of the awnings. - Help clean up afterwards. Experience with Awning/Blind installation or being a handyman would be preferred, but not essential. We can provide tools if this is needed.

I have an uneven area on my bathroom ceiling where I scraped back the paint and repainted it. I need someone to come and make it completely even. Painting is not required - just the plasterwork. It is a small area approximately 50cm by 50cm.
