Needing wire balustrade and hardwood handrails installed. Bays between posts around 20m in length. Some small decking tasks to finish off deck also available, which includes some decking boards to lay, cladding to fix and deck facing. Please see photos. we removed a 1.5 x 2.0m section of plasterboard to access pipes. we now need this replaced.. we have a new replacement sheet ready to be used ( or you can bring your own),. but have no tape, putty etc to prepare and fit the sheet back into the wall.

Need a switch button fixes and two double power points fitted back first time the switch is pictured and one of the power points. First time message if any other details are needed I will adjust if required.

Need a plaster to look af my ceiling and advise.There is a small crack in the ceiling. Looking to replace the ceiling just the living room. Single story unit and is vacant so yiu could do from early morning to late or weeken.

I need someone to render plaster to an outside wall. We have recently replaced our two garage doors, and as a result some of the brickwork under the render has become exposed. The render needs replacing. The area required is around 2 square metres in total, around 2 garage doors. I'll sort out the painting afterwards, so the value quoted is to cover the cost of labor to undertake the rendering (material negotiable) - Due date: Flexible

Looking to have a 20 amp power point installed near the main power supply inside the garage. Not fussed on where it goes so can be as close to main power supply that makes it easier to install. Please quote away, happy to provide any additional photos as required.

I have recently had my garage enclosed to make a bedroom and a rumpus room. All the plasterboard is up and most of the patching is done. I’m just stuck on a couple of areas that I can’t finish, and then prepping it properly so it can be painted. I would like someone on a Thursday or Friday between 9.30 -2pm if possible.
